This photo album will give you a chance to see several websites all in one place. Here's what you need to know about our designs: 1. Every Vendor's Designs Have Similarities - The Point2 Agent websites are very customizable, but you will see a common thread in terms of the elements of the design. Every website provider has a "look" based on the infrastructure of the website. Compare sites of other real estate website providers, and you will see that each of their designs have similar elements, also. 2. Our Designs Have Similar Layouts For a Reason - There are certain things that we believe should be incorporated into a design. The left side is typically where people look for a menu; having buttons in the center column high up on the home page gives people a chance to quickly find a place they want to go, keeping them on your website; the contact image in the right column is in a very visible place on every page to encourage visitors to telephone or email. If you want your site laid out differently, we'd be glad to do that - see #4 below! 3. We Don't "Overdesign" - We design in a way that supports the capabilities of the website. One of the strengths of Point2 Agent is the ease of use, and we won't do anything that reduces or eliminates it. We don't design sites that prevent our clients from making their own changes and additions, or force them to depend on us to make updates for them. All design elements, including menus, are resident on your website. 4. We Design For Our Clients - We don't worry about maintaining a "look" for our design portfolio, and sometimes clients make changes we would not recommend. But, all of our clients have different objectives, tastes and budgets. And, once a project is completed, our clients own the design elements we create. Some of our clients invest in SEO to make their sites lead-generators, others don't. Since design is only one element that makes a site successful, we focus on creating a site that is professional-looking, SEO friendly, encourages visitors to return (or is "sticky"), and makes its owner proud. You can visit these sites using the domain name noted under each photo
